Our New Master Chocolatiers in Mexico and United States

We welcome our new Fino de Aroma Master Chocolatiers; Jorge Llanderal Rueda and Stanton Ho, who will be supporting the Mexican and American Market

Jorge Llanderal, is one of the most important chocolatiers in México, after have studied communication engineering and worked in this field, he discovered that chocolate was a therapy that gave him peace and satisfaction. He began to dip into the world of cocoa and eventually, chocolate became his passion. He studied at the Ecole du Chocolat – Vancouver, the French Pastry School – Chicago, and in the Notter School of Pastry Arts – Orlando.

In the other hand, Stanton Ho, who is well known in the United States as the Pastry chef of the Millennium, was the Executive Pastry Chef of the Las Vegas Hilton Hotel., He started his studies at the Hawaii University, and also attended recognized gastronomy schools such as the Ecole Le Notre in Plaisir, France. He has been distinguished with gold and silver prize awards in Hawaii, Las Vegas Culinary Competitions, and in others international competitions.
