During his visit to CasaLuker and Granja Luker in April, our Fino de Aroma master chocolatier, Christian Martínez, told us about his passion for chocolate. He reiterated his conviction about the importance of knowing the cocoa plantations, arguing that each territory grants unique and special properties that deserve to be analysed in detail.
Knowing the plantations and the origin of Fino de aroma cocoas means that we can identify and recognise the bean characteristics, quality and sensorial profile that they offer.
Christian affirms that our main challenge is to stop believing that the best chocolates in the world are made elsewhere. In Latin America, we have the best cocoa and now we are developing the best chocolates.
The Luker Way sheds light on the Colombian cocoa sector’s commitment to social development and the relationship between the farmers, clients, employees, the environment, and society.
This is how we tell the story that lies behind chocolate.
